Brown, Upenn, JHU, UMCP (w/ scholarship), etc, chances?

I am a white (turkish, not quite sure if that counts in my favor as a minority) immigrant male from an middle class family. I am also fluent in Turkish if that would help for anything

SAT: 680 reading, 720 math, 700 writing. i figure i could increase these a bit in the fall, maybe 30 pts more to each but i'm just hoping
Sat-II: 770 chem, 800 Math-IIC
GPA: 4.0 unweighted, 4.8 weighted with my schools weighting system (apparently its the highest in a few years)
Class Rank: 1 of about 405 at a highly competitive school (weighted and unweighted)
AP credits so far through junior year: 4 US History, 5 chem, 4 Eng Language, 5 calc AB, 5 comp sci A, 4 gov&pol US, 3 gov&pol comp, (expect to take psych, econ, eng lit, calc C and stats ap next year (and maybe either physics C or euro)

Clubs at schools: like nothing worthwhile, young democrats club and thats about it, maybe nhs next year

Other activities: I started my own very small skateboarding business, and aided my father's real estate company, helped with some sales, nothing particularly spectacular but it's something i imagine. I won a relatively small but somewhat notable skateboarding competition last summer, but once again it doubt it applies.

I expect very shining recommendations from my chem and history teachers but i imagine most everyone else has shining recommendations too.

Currently I live in Maryland

Tentatively I plan to apply to:
University of Maryland, College Park (as a safety, but I'm wondering how likely a large scholarship is for someone like me)
Brown
Upenn
John Hopkins
Princeton
Maybe Cornell, maybe MIT

I plan to major in Business or Economics most likely. It is possible that I would major in chemical engineering but it is unlikely.

So what are my chances for getting into these schools, and are there any recommendations anyone would make at that or in general.

Princeton: reach
MIT: reach
Brown: slight reach / reach
Penn: slight reach / reach (wharton- reach)
Johns Hopkins: slight reach
Cornell: slight reach

Given that you don't have any unique and/or stellar EC's, your scores may need to be higher to be accepted at some of your top choices.

As far as scholarships to Maryland, you will certainly get something. One thing I have noticed about scholarships is they often have a heavy tilt toward SAT scores (for example, the avg full ride at Boston University was only in the top 3% of their class but still managed a 1520 SAT). As your GPA/rank is perfect, you are in the game for the best scholarships Maryland has to offer, but higher scores would prob. seal the deal for a full ride.

UChicago & Northwestern are good reasonable reaches/matches. UMichigan, BU, and USC would be good safe matches.

whats your skateboarding business? you have no ECs?

I means its reasonably popular locally but basically i've been buying blank boards wholesale and reselling them, maybe with a small logo. I figure maybe i could use skateboarding as a hook and all that could show i have entrepreneurial skills. I have to say I am very weak with ECs.

I'm considering UVA too since it's close and apparently strong in business and economics.
