Got into many schools but always was most interested in Brown and Hopkins.
May 1 coming up soon - need input!
I’m interested in international relations. I’m definitely not a science/math type and not a pre-med etc etc.
Hopkins seems known as a grind with unhappy students who score their profs low. Got a different impression when i was there and SAIS is amazing.
Interested in any/all points of view…</p>
<p>Hopkins, from what I’ve heard, has a much better grad program for IR than undergrad–Brown’s undergrad IR is pretty popular, on the other hand.
That being said, you’ll get a solid IR education at either. I’d suggest Brown just because it’s easier to branch out and combine your IR interest with other interests you currently have or may develop, whereas Hopkins is a little more confining.</p>
