<p>My advisor cautioned me about Georgetown’s heavy use of TAs in lectures. They are in a horrible financial situation as well compared to other top schools. </p>
<p>Penn over Brown because of Penn’s status as a leading research university. It has at least a decent graduate program from which undergrads are able to draw from. Quite frankly, I feel Brown only has its strong student body and atypical “culture”.</p>
