<p>Hey guys.
Im white middle class junior from a Public high school on long island. Which is quite an awesome and unique combination haha.
Anyway. I visited Brown and absoulutley fell in love with it. Any Insight would be greatly appreciated.</p>

<p>7-11th
Unweighted GPA=90.4
Weighted=96</p>

<p>Hardest Course Load Possible
8 Aps by graduation</p>

<p>EC's
-Varsity Soccer- 10-12 ( captain 12th grade)
-Wind Ensemble( HOnors BAnd) 1st chair
-Jazz Band ( 1st chair )
-Marching Band
-National Honor Society
-Spanish National Honor Society
-Club Interact
-Me and my father sponser a food and toy drive for little flower over the holidays.</p>

<p>So yea Music and Soccer are big, ( Currently preparing to be an All State Jazz musician)
Now looking at my stats,
What would be an ideal Sat and or Act score for Brown.
On the Psat i got a 167 which is horrific i know
However on the Act practice tests ive been taking, Ive been consistenty getting in the 30s on each section.
So would would be an ideal score becuase i really want to get into Brown.</p>

<p>uhh, i dunno much about brown, but i'd say you have a chance. although i would really suggest cornell, they have the biggest acceptance rate of the ivies. duke and everything below is a match.</p>

I figured my standardized tests scores as of now werent even close for Duke, but thanks alot

LIke maybe im a little to hard on myself, but compared to other ppl on this board i feel like an idiot haha.
I dont think i have anything that seperates me from all the other geniuses applying to these top schools</p>

<p>ummm, you should go look at the stats, i think cornell has a 22% acceptance rate on RD</p>

<p>also, your 9-12 gpa is whats important, not 7-12</p>
