Ok, so I got a Bay State Brownstone for Freshman year (200-202, Trustee Scholars House), and wanted to know if there’s anywhere to look up the specs for a particular brownstone, they keep giving general statements and saying each one is different, but I can never find anything about specific houses. . .

I’ve yet to find any specific information online about individual brownstones either. Your best bet is probably to contact someone who has lived there previously. You could try checking Facebook to see if there’s a group for residents of that house–since it’s a specialty house, it’s probable that there will be a group. Then you can check with previous residents. :)

The Trustee House is very nice if that’s what you’re worried about. You probably have one or two roommates and share a bathroom with your floor.

does anybody know about how many people live there? because the range they give is 12-72, and that’s a pretty big range to be honest. . .

As the others have said, no one else can give you stats about your unique brownstone except for BU and someone else who has lived there, because the brownstones vary pretty widely. Also the total number of people living there varies by school year, sometimes the rooms are filled to capacity, sometimes they’re not. So you would probably have to look into it on Facebook or another networking site…

In other words, some of the brownstones are more the size of a house and others are more like smallish apartment buildings.
