I’m getting the same Google warning, still.
And obviously, my posts are all still recorded as being made at 11 am yesterday. I cleared my browser history, but the issue is still there.

We’ve had some reports of malware warnings in Chrome and/or Firefox when members tried to access the forums. We have verified the site itself is free of any malware, and have turned off ads as a precaution since a small portion of the ads come from third parties.
Sorry about causing any worries! Our technical staff are working to get rid of the alert. Although we have requested that the site be reverified and any warnings removed, it’s possible they will persist for a while even though the site is fine.
Our apologies!
Sometimes when I open up a thread, a new tab appears with a college or degree related ad. Is that part of CC and ads or something wrong with my own labtop?
Add Safari to the list of browsers giving warnings. Although the warning I got seemed to originate from Google, nothing browser-specific.
We have taken the necessary corrective action to get the malware warning removed from the site. This will generally take less than 24 hours.
In addition, users were reporting issues with post times. This has been corrected. Please accept our deepest apologies.
Testing clock issue…
It’s better, but I posted this at 2:55 and it says 2:38.
Testing clock issue again - posting at 2:59 pm.
We had to wind up the clocks in a couple of servers. All better.
Testing clock again. Posting at 3:03 pm.
Roger,
This may be a sign that the site is under attack. A hacker could be responsible for the malware warning when people try to enter. The malware warning will cause a drop in users and that might be the goal. Just guessing.
still getting malware warnings
Same here. I can post by phone but not computer.
I get the malware warnings on Firefox and Chrome but not with Internet Explorer.
No, the clock issue wasn’t fixed as ML posted after you, dk, and her post appears above yours… I was experiencing the post timing issue well after 3:00.
Testing again - 7:36 pm.
any update?
I’m still getting the warning on Safari.
I wasn’t getting the malware warning (in Chrome) until late this afternoon…still getting it now.
No longer getting the warnings! (I use Safari.)
Google has removed the site from the malware list and we’re no longer seeing the warning from any browser. Thanks everyone for your patience.
Looking at the incoming posts, we’re not seeing any global post time issues. I’m not sure why this would still be happening for a handful of users. Hopefully it is a local caching issue. If it continues, please PM me and I’ll see if I can track down another source of the issue. But since we clearly found 3 servers with the wrong time and corrected, I feel fairly certain we resolved this issue and it is just taking time to take effect for some users.
Please don’t hesitate to PM me, however, if you are still experiencing the issue.
