So I have a passport photo that I want to use for my BruinCard picture...buuut it's not exactly 2X2. Do you think they will care?

I'm trying to send it out today so if any of you know a quick answer, that'd be great. Thank you :)

it has to be 2x2 or they wont accept it

just cut it! I went to Walgreens was able to get a 2 x 2 photo very quick… maybe 20 min. You can bring your own photo if you’d like…

@!#@%$#^$@#! Crap. I totally forgot to write my UCLA ID number on the back of my 2X2! I mean, I sent in the paperwork which has it written there. I tried calling, no answer. Perhaps they’re out to lunch. :/

actually, it’s smaller. it’s 1.5x1.5. I called and the man I spoke to was kinda vague about it but he said it should be ok, since it’s my whole head.

Evan, thank you for reminding me I need to put that on there haha :). You should be ok though, since the paperwork has your ID on it.

Yeah, that’s what I’m hoping. I was so diligent yesterday, too. For shame!

I’m gonna send it in. I don’t see why they wouldn’t be able to use it.

Another lame question–Does the ID number HAVE to be in a “felt tip marker”, because I don’t think I have one of those.

^ Any pen should be fine as long as it doesn’t smear. I used a ball point pen.

Did anyone receive his or her Bruincard yet?

i forgot to put my id # on the back of mine too… i didn’t even know we were supposed to do that. is that a problem? i hope the people the open the envelopes check for it…

They’ll probably write it in when they receive the picture and application. I wouldn’t worry about it. :)

You receive your card at Orientation, I believe

No, you should receive your bruincard 2 weeks PRIOR to orientation in the mail.

Woops, yeah! My bad.

Just called, they said it’s alright if you forgot to write your ID number, they’ll take care of it! Phew!

@evan: haha wouldn’t that be funny if you got rescinded for not putting your id number on the back? like it was the final admissions test

I literally just laughed out loud! That’d be so messed up! Lmao!

WHoaa

we have to send them a 2x2 photo? by when!?
