<p>No I have not received the housing assignment but I was just going off the general email posted by housing saying EVERYONE will be housed in Rieber Hall this summer… 
That will be nice because it is newly renovated…</p>

<p>speaking of, have any of you received info in the mail about orientation? When UCLA called me last week they told me I should be getting it soon but I haven’t.</p>
<p>^ You should be getting a brochure. It’s nice to have it handy, but all the information on it is on the site, so no biggie.</p>

<p>Maybe they are sending it after SIR? I’ve received a couple of them, too ahah. It’s going to be that much harder to sign up for the first date! :</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure you can bring a friend or two, but while you’re meeting up with a counselor and signing up for classes, they’ll probably have to find something to do, haha. You can bring your parents, too. There are separate workshops for them, I’m told.</p>
<p>oh ok. i hope the food is as good as the one at the AAP event. the mini bagels were aaadorable& the pasta at lunch time was delicious lol</p>
