Bryce Lawn Apartments

Hello everyone, I’ve got a couple of quick questions about these apts and was hoping y’all could help me out. First, I know they offer a 3 bedroom option, but do they offer a 2 bedroom option as well? Secondly, how much would room and board be? I know it’s considered on-campus but I was under the impression that these were much cheaper than the honors dorms. Lastly, are pets allowed? Thanks in advance for any insight any of you may have and God bless!

It looks like the price of Bryce is the same as for Honors housing assuming you are in a 4 room honors unit. It looks like Bryce only has a 3 bedroom option?

Thanks for the reply. I’m still a little confused, though. If they’re 3 bedroom apts, would the cost be $4,050 if only 3 lived there and and $2,835 if 4 lived there (thus making the large bedroom double occupancy)?

The rates listed are what each student pays. The typical floor plans are available on the website and show one double occupancy room and two single occupancy rooms per unit. These are available to upper classmen only according to the housing website. I would doubt if pets are allowed since they are not allowed in other residence halls on campus but I do not know firsthand.

What year are you? I don’t think frosh can be in Bryce.

Bryce Lawn and Highlands (double occupancy bedroom)… $2,835.00
Bryce Lawn and Highlands (single occupancy bedroom)…… $4,015.00

It looks like if you want to share a bedroom, then you pay the lower price. If you want your own room, then you pay the higher price.

Yeah, I guess that makes sense. I’m going to be a junior next year and was confused by the wording of the occupancy and all that. Thanks for all of the help everyone!

We do not allow pets in any of the residence halls.

Bryce Lawn is typically upperclassmen, and since upperclassmen may have already chosen to live there, freshmen will only see spaces that may still be available.

Hope this helps!
