and Mintyester, where are you from and what are your test scores/GPA? I’m thinking they only asked for quarter grades if you’re borderline on getting in. that doesn’t make sense to me though because my grades are very borderline for bryn mawr (3.1 GPA, 30 ACT) and they didnt ask for my quarter grades. I’m thinking it means I’m either very deferred or very accepted. hopefully not very rejected as that would be extremely upsetting news to me right before the holidays. even deferred would make me sad. I just want to get in so badly, I am in love with this school!

I feel like I honestly may be rejected because they asked for my quarter grades 0_0 especially since they were extremely bad at the time. I just wish It wouldn’t be this way, I love the school so so much its killing me

@Briana558 My grades are slightly above 3.5 and my SATs are in the range of the 1900s. I am no psychic but from the way you talk about Bryn Mawr, I am sure they see how interested you are. I am barely sleeping enough hours to keep me alive. This is my dream school girls. We need moral support for each other. I hope well receive an answer way before the 24th!!!

I just received a reply from Bryn Mawr a few minutes ago. “You should expect a decision to be sent out between December 15th and December 31st, 2012.” They said. So I guess the decision day is still undecided. SO!!! Waiting, guys!!! And you wouldn’t have a single idea when you’ll see the result all of a sudden.

@QiaoYan I think it should be earlier than that…crossing my fingers for this friday… they said we should know by December 24th but if they give (not good) decisions on Christmas Eve, that would literally suck.

Anyways, how are you guys coping with the waiting? I’ve honestly been stalking the dorms page on the website for days and imagining what it would be like to live in a castle Dorms

@ifailedhighsch I dreamed that I was accepted yesterday. Oh the feeling was the best in the world. I hope this comes true! It was so real in my dream. I hope we get an answer as soon as possible. I have never wanted or worked for something as much as this!! How do you other girls cope with the waitiiiing?

@mintyester I’ve literally had two dreams about Bryn Mawr in the past week… the first one I was rejected and then the second one I was accepted and it was amazing. haha…
Have you seen the Bryn Mawr videos on Youtube, they honestly make me want to go there so bad…plus my alumna interviewer is in a couple of them which I didn’t realize until yesterday…

I wonder how many people applied this year, I feel like there’s a lot…anyways fingers crossed for all of us!

@ifailedhighsch Of course. I have seen all the videos you can imagine, even the ones that are not official We are a pool of competitive young women. Great luck to all of us! I really hope we make it.

Don’t mean to make you girls more anxious, but words on the street are that a few people already got accepted… while the majority hasn’t heard anything.

@i4i2Ym what is your source?

Oh and i4i2Ym, Admissions are either black or white (acceptance/rejection letter) So, if there was any answer, we would have it as well. Don’t listen to words on the street… Do not worry, we will all get an answer at the same time! The anticipation is overwhelming!

Accepted!!!

ACCEPTED! I hope you girls hear very soooon! Check your accounts

Still have no idea!!! How do you guys get the answer by e-mail or mail? Is there a possibility that internationals are going to get the answer later? Anxious!!

Mintyester,you said account; do you mean virtual Bryn Mawr?
