My niece was accepted to Bryn Mawr college. I’d like to know more about their Russian program: she’s really interested in everything Russian. I’ve heard they have Flagship Russian, not sure what it is. Thanks.

[Russian Flagship Programs](http://flagship.americancouncils.org/russian/)

Did you look at this? It basically explains the program.

My D is going to Russia this summer for their summer program. She is not sure if she is interested in the year abroad that they offer. Your niece can definitely call the Russian dept at Bryn Mawr and they can tell her exactly what their program consists of.

Basically, the Russian Flagship program is a wonderfully intense route that Russian majors can take that can put them in the fast track towards a subsidized study abroad opportunity and lots of connections with Russian oriented governmental positions. It’s great for students that are really committed to Russian language and culture.
