Can anyone tell me what, if any, difference there is between a Bachleor of Science degree and a Bachleor of Engineering Degree? (for example Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering- BBME or Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering- BSBE)

there is no such thing as only a Bachelor of Engineering Degree. It is Bachelor of Science in Engineering. So for the example you provided, it would be: Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering - aka BSBME.

When a program is accreditited by ABET they can offer a B.S. in engineering, which would be a B.S.E. Other examples are B.S.M.E. (mechanical engineering) or B.S.E.E. (electrical engineering). All of these degrees require ABET accreditation.

What can un accredited programs offer?
