With this undergraduate major, is it practical to think of graduate school in a more traditional field like physics or geology? Would it make a difference if combined with something like a math minor? I'm not very familiar with this degree, so any comments would be helpful.

I’ve never heard of a BS in “Natural Science” specifically. I had assumed originally that you meant a BS in a natural science, like biology or chemistry, but I may have been mistaken. You should look at what coursework this degree entails, and if you are interested in graduate school in physics or geology, whether or not that coursework would sufficiently prepare you for advanced study in those fields.

But I would caution you against going to graduate school just because you don’t know what else you would do after graduation or you don’t think you can get a job without it. You’re probably very early in this process, but graduate school is a lot different than getting an undergraduate degree and isn’t something you should rush into blindly.
