<p>@bsmdin2014 She received the Drexel email for the Lehigh program on Tuesday 1/28 around 8:30pm. She received the one thought Villanova earlier in January. She is interviewing on 2/1. </p>

<p>@thejerseygirl and @medical boy, I meant the actual medical school not undergra. What I meant was if you just got NJIT-NJMS interview. Does NJMS treat each program that you applied separately. Will they give you a chance for TCNJ-NJMS if you applied there? Cause what if you got an interview now for NJIT_NJMS and TCNJ won’t let you know yet because they just recently conducted the interview?</p>
<p>@starlight27, I just had my interview last Friday. They didn’t reject me…. so far… I only had my interview just last week… So its too early to know. I was just wondering that if you NJIT_NJMS interview and not the TCNJ one until possible later (if that happens), then will NJMS look at the two programs separately? </p>
<p>If they rejected you for NJIT later on, will they consider you for TCNJ then? If this were to happen, not saying that it will</p>
<p>If you are selected for an interview for NJMS and you are rejected by the medical school, you are rejected from all the undergraduate schools you applied that are affiliated with NJMS</p>

<p>I am really confused. I applied to the NJIT/NJMS and the Drexel/Drexel program and had both forward my application to the med schools. I have not been contacted for the medical school interviews. I applied to Rutger / NJMS and BU 7yr and both havent responded yet. Does this mean that I am out of the running? Thanks guys </p>
<p>@Collegeponderer, sorry to hear about the rejections. Good luck in your other applications. To quote one of the college admissions officers to my son: “You will be a doctor whether or not you get into the program”.</p>

<p>@jerseygirl - did you get the drexel/drexel invite by email or phone call? Just as we got home my 12 year old said that drexel called for my S but of course she didn’t take a good message.</p>
<p>Oh well never mind. He just logged onto his Drexel page and before it used to say he was being considered for the accelerated program and now it says “While your credentials are impressive, we are unable to offer you admission to the accelerated program to which you have applied.” No interview for my S. I was surprised by my Villanova rejection too but throughout this process we just have to remember that we’re part of an extremely competitive candidate pool and some of it has to come down to randomness. And like IMGDAD said, we’ll become doctors either way. Good luck with the rest! :)</p>
<p>@giants1996- no, you still have time to be contacted. Drexel and NJMS may still be notifying applicants (it looks like a lot of students got the interview notification from drexel and NJMS today, but there’s no evidence that everyone who has an interview has been contacted already. I would call both tomorrow if I were you). BU continues notifying towards mid February. Rutgers continues contacting students to mid-February as well so hang in there! Good luck :)</p>

<p>Waiting on HPME and Rice-Baylor…have any of you gotten an interview notification yet?</p>
<p>@AspiringStudent- HPME’s supposed to start coming out this week through mid-February, but nobody has been notified yet. Rice/Baylor only starts notifying in like March. *Edit: last year interview notifications only came out ~March 25th</p>
<p>@Midhelper, sorry about the Drexel rejection. I am surprised that Drexel called. Schools usually call when there is good news. So, maybe there is some good news, even though he did not get accepted into the program. It would be worthwhile calling them back tomorrow to see what the call was about.</p>
