BS/MD programs, What are my chances?

I'm a rising senior, looking primarily at BS/MD programs across America. I really want to get in to the BS/MD program at UMiami, but I'm still clueless about other BS/MD programs that I should be applying to. Here's my stats:

Male, Asian American

SAT: Crit Reading Math Writing

1st 660 730 800
2nd 670 790 700

Bio: 800
Chem: 790
Math II: 770

GPA: My school does not do weighted GPA, and no ranking (private school if it matters)
Unweighted its 3.97 (Straight A's, on the scale that an A+ is 4.33, A is 4.0, and A- is 3.67)

Volunteering/Patient health care:

80 hours working as a volunteer V.A hospital
-Shadowed a Vascular Surgeon (Saw a lot of procedures, and did nurse things like taking patient BP/pulse, etc.)

Research:
Summer 2012, working 8 hours a day 5 days a week in a research lab (volunteer hours counted), going to have my name in the publication.

Extra Curriculars:
Science olympiad member 10th grade, 1st state Anatomy and Physiology, 3rd Microbe Mission (California)
11th grade, moved to florida, founded Science olympiad there, Captain, led the team to first in the region, 4th at states. (Two golds at regionals, Two golds at state (Microbe mission, Protein modeling)-

Math club (Mu Alpha Theta), NHS, Founder/President of Science NHS.

APs: Human geography, Art history, World history, Chemistry, Biology, Calculus AB, Languag and Comp, U.S History. All 5's

Extras: Both parents, 4 grandparents all doctors. Can get an excellent rec letters from bio teacher, Sci oly coach (that really didn't do any work), Surgeon I shadowed, Mentor during research. Moved schools at junior year, still maintained straight A's (pub-private).

I frankly don't know much about the BS/MD programs out there, just Miami, and maybe USC. What are my chances, and what other programs should i look to?

If it helps in the EC section, tennis for 3 years, varsity 10th and 11th, and Piano for 10 years, CM California piano exams for 8 years, moved to florida, played for a year in the high school band.

Your Sat II scores look fantastic, but it wouldn’t hurt to take the SAT I again. I would shoot for a 2200+.
As for other BS/MD programs, check on the website Prestige Obsessed. They’ve compiled a very accurate list. As far as I know, USC no longer has a BS/MD program.
Hope this helps!

The ones I’m applying to are UMiami, BU, George Washington, Northwestern, Penn State/Jefferson, Rice/Baylor. In my opinion, all are reaches. Most of these superscore, so assume my SAT score is 2260 (670,790,800). Anyone else wanna chance me?

Just bumping

Penn state should be easy?

Good chance I think
