Saw that you can earn your bs/ms degree through emory in only four yrs. How difficult is this? Do many students do this? Why or why not?

In what department?? I don’t think a lot of people do, at least not in math; most people write an honors thesis.

idk about Emory, but from what Ive heard at other schools with a similar program, its POSSIBLE

Sorry. I should have specified. Biology was the major.

I haven’t started at Emory yet, but based on what I’ve seen online, it’s pretty difficult. You effectively have to finish all your BS degree requirements by the end of your junior year. The description online says “This is a very difficult program designed for students highly focused on graduate research and academic carrers [sic].” It’s not like, “ZOMG, I’m a pre-med student who’d really like another post-nominal.”
