This Saturday I received an invitation to attend the Black Student Alliance Invitational.
The email states that you are SELECTED to participate based on an outstanding academics and extracurriculars. I have read very few people get invited.
Under FAQ about the program, there is a question that asks “does this mean I am accepted into Duke?” And they answers that “You are an excellent candidate for admission, and if they receive NEW information before releasing decisions, they may not be able to offer me admission.”
I am traveling up there March 30-April 2nd. Decisions are released April 1st, so I will be on campus when I receive my decision.
So does this mean I am basically in to Duke!?!?! I don’t see why they would fly me up there and feed me and sell their campus to me unless they were going to offer me admission!
