BSBA Finance --- > MS or PhD Economics?

<p>Hello. I am having a major pain trying to decide between majoring in economics (BA) or Finance (BSBA). I cannot minor or double major in either. It seems as though economics opens a lot of doors open, especially working for the federal government/banks. However, finance has other benefits and more job opportunities right of a college (all in my opinion). I am interested in both so much. If I were to major in economics, could I then go on to a graduate degree in finance? Or vis-versa finance to economics?</p>

<p>Be a math major and both will be open for you. Being an Econ major is counter-intuitively not the best way to get into a (good) Econ Ph.D. program.</p>

<p>Yeah. Math/stats is probably better than an Econ BA.</p>
