Bu Bands

<p>Hey Everyone,
IM going to be attending BU in the fall, and i was just wondering about the music program there. I am very involved in my high school, as well as various ensembles in the state of new york. First off, If anyone could tell me any information on the bands here at BU, and second, How difficult is it to get into the Bands. Perticularly the Big Band and Concert Band?</p>

<p>Go to the BU website and do a search for BU bands. You will get the info you need there. You do have to audition for the BUMO bands (the ensembles for non-majors). I'm not sure how hard or easy it is but there are a variety of groups listed there. DS played in the orchestra and said it was really fun.</p>
