<p>Oops sorry, Becca started the <em>other</em> current thread having to do with BU. Lots of discussion about that school this spring…maybe making up for a relative paucity of info about its program here in the past.</p>

<p>I can’t speak for everyone, but I am extremely happy with my BU financial aid package.</p>
<p>For those who want more info about financial aid, I believe that mostly, if you are in great financial need, B.U. will do their best to hook you up. And if that isn’t the case, there in the option to appeal financial aid.</p>
<p>My family doesn’t have much money at all, my parents are divorced, and BU gave me a great grant of 30k on top of my government loans of about 10k. </p>
<p>To be honest, I am quite upset with NYU’s financial aid system. I know people who got much more money from them, and their families have a lot more money than mine does. Their system seems unorganized and apathetic, just sort of dishing out money here and there, no matter a family’s income. I got a scholarship from Tisch but it wasn’t enough to keep me out of debt, so i chose BU!</p>
