<p>So, here goes nothing, I go to an above average school in NJ (1-2 kids go to ivies each year). I am going to be a senior next year. My GPA is around 3.6 UW/3.85 W. My SAT score is a 1970 (M: 700 CR: 630 W: 640 - 10 essay). </p>

<p>I was the VP of chess club since sophomore year. I also was lead instructor for 10 sessions (20 hours) at a sport training facility. I probably will be elected as secretary of interact club next year too.</p>

<p>I think you have a very good shot at BU! Your SAT scores are definitely on-par—your GPA as well. Pretty good EC’s too. So yeah, I’d say you’d be a very competitive applicant. Good luck!</p>
