<p>This is an extremely stupid question...but if the deadline is Dec. 1st, does that mean that I can submit my application on the first, or should I submit it tonight? </p>
<p>Making some last minute revisions to my essay and just wondering if I should stay up and submit tonight or if I can go to bed and do it tomorrow morning. </p>
