<p>Hello everyone! I’m new to this discussion and College Confidential in general. I applied ED to CFA/CAS Dual Degree and auditioned in November at BU. I didn’t realize that there was a forum for other BU ED applicants to talk about the status of their applications and things of that nature. My application has already been reviewed so now I’m just waiting for my decision notification. The waiting has just now started to really get to me, so now here I am ahahaha. Good luck to everyone, hope we’re all happy with our decisions!</p>

Do you guys think they’re actually deciding who gets the last few spots or are they just behind…or they lost my app… :’(</p>
<p>@snoogleki same thing’s happening with me. I’ve been checking it obsessively. Someone else suggested that if it isn’t reviewed by Wednesday I should call, maybe you should do that too. But it’s good to know I’m not crazy for being worried that they lost my app. </p>
<p>In any case, I’m freaking out. So yay.</p>
<p>so my friends just got emails from Brown and Columbia telling them the notification dates. Both of them are releasing their decision 5 PM EST on December 11th</p>
<p>I just chatted up brother. He told me him and his gf was in the same situation for MIT and UPenn respectively 2 years ago where they still haven’t finished reviewing their apps only with a few days before decision notification. He ended getting admitted and she ended up with a deferral. (She ended up in Tufts FYI) He just said if it’s this late, it’s probably not a reject since they’ll reject the “definitely rejects” very quickly.
I think that’s good news…? since we know we probably won’t get a rejection @mirkatmanor </p>

<p>yup It was reviewed early-mid november</p>
<p>is it bad that I only had one letter of rec sent to BU? I had another teacher write mine but turns out it never made it to BU. On the common app it says 1 is required so I’m gonna assume it isn’t a big deal. </p>
<p>I should have applied to CAS instead of ENG. I think it was easier to get into. but well, it’s too late now. @mirkatmanor </p>
