So I got accepted to BU’s University Scholar program (with 1/2 scholarship) to School of Management Honors program or smt like that.

I’m also considering NYU GSP program on Stern-track (in London). That is, I will graduate with a normal Stern diploma

Considering I’ll be Finance major and NOT considering the money, which one is more prestigious and better at employment (i.e. investment banks)?
My counselor keeps pushing for BU because she says being in Honors program is super cool.
Any Advice?
Thanks
P.S. I already posted in the NYU forum, but since I got 100% one-sided responses would like to hear different opinions and the justifiction…

Well naturally we all would pick BU. These school are comparable in so many ways. So what feels like the kind of "town" where you'd like to spend the next 4 yrs.? Boston or NYC?

Plus with the 70K you save with your scholarship you can do so many things including save it for grad school. Have you been inside the BU SMG building? Its incredible. You can add "Honors "Program" to your resume too.

IB's recruit on campus like gangbusters. Over half of our class ends up concentrating in finance or accounting. So many firms come even just for informations sessions and what we call 'lunch and learns'. Believe me, as someone who is NOT concentrating in finance, I'm bitter that so many IB's recruit.
