I was planning on applying ED to BU but now I am thinking about applying Regular Decision to BU, NYU, GW, and back ups.

Do you think I should stick to ED for BU since it is my first choice school?
If you feel really confident that you can attend BU if accepted (esp. financially), then I would apply ED. Your stats are good, but IR is a very popular major, so ED might give you an edge.

Hi! I’m currently a freshman at BU that also got accepted to NYU. I’m also from NYC if that helps a bit. They are both great schools in their own right, but NYU is getting more and more competitive each year. Out of all the kids in my high school that applied for NYU, I was the only one who was accepted. NYU would be especially great for your major, but you have to visit the campus and see if you like the vibe. If are able to be independent and a self-starter, I would especially recommend BU. I love it so far and have made many friends. I hope you’re successful with your college applications!
