BU, NYU, RPI, WPI with low/nonexistent ECs? Or suggestions for CS?

Hey there, I’m a current senior looking to major in Computer Science. I plan on applying to a few more schools besides the four above, but I think this is a good place to start. (And besides, unless I get a ridiculous scholarship or an admittance to CMU or something, I’m probably just going to go to Rutgers NB as an in-state…)

Gender: Female
Ethnicity: Filipino
Residency: NJ
SAT I: 2300 - 760 CR, 740 M, 800 W (1 attempt)
SAT II: 780 Math 2, 780 Physics (1 attempt)
ACT: 34 C - 34 E, 34 M, 33 R, 35 S (1 attempt)
GPA: 3.6 UW / 4.0 W
Class Rank: Not released, probably top 10% out of 750+
Past APs: Sophomore - None; Junior - Calculus AB [5], Computer Science [5], French [3], U.S. History [5]. Rest of my past classes were Honors
Senior Load: AP Statistics, AP Physics C, English H, Calculus II H, French Business, CS Honors. English and Calc II give me credits from the nearby Community College if that makes any difference.
Recommendations: Asked my AP Calc and Junior English teacher - I got As in both classes and both teachers love me. I don’t know my counselor that well but she agreed to write me one too.
Essay: I should do fairly well, I’m pretty good at writing and have nailed most essays in my high school career.
Background: My parents both came from large, low/average income families in the Philippines. They both graduated from fairly decent Filipino colleges with STEM degrees before they immigrated here, so I can’t really say I’m poor or anything.

Extracurriculars… (My weak spot)
Girls Volleyball: 9-11
Club Volleyball: 9-11
French Honor Society: 10
Community Service: Pretty much nothing.
I’m joining three nonacademic clubs this year and doing an internship at my school library. I will be getting some hours through the internship and one of the clubs, a “tech support” for adults.
My biggest problem is that I do a lot of things outside of school (digital art, programming, even tried learning Unity3D and Android app development) but I have no awards or portfolio to show for it.

So yeah, that’s me in a nutshell. What do you guys think? And do you have any other suggestions as to where I can apply? I’m not very picky as far as “school atmosphere” goes - I just want a good education and a good career. My parents, however, are against sending me anywhere far away (“far” being subjective to their opinion).

Thanks for taking the time to read through my wall of text.

Bump.
