Hi,
I was looking at both Boston University and Case Western Reserve University for their biomedical engineering programs. I noticed on usnwr that both are ranked in the top ten for BME programs. Does anyone have advice as to which program seems better for someone who is thinking about applying to medical school after college? Some things to keep in mind:

-I know BU is more expensive, but I live very close to Boston and would probably have to pay a lot for flights to and from Cleveland.
-Social life is definitely a factor for the college I want to attend. I'm not a huge party person, but I'd like to be somewhere where I have many options for social activities. I enjoyed Case when I visited, but I heard that it has a questionable social atmosphere.
-No, I'm not going to Johns Hopkins.

Ty in advance :D
