Actually there is one piece of info I want to include. Say my goal was to ultimately make six figures in management of some sorts (obviously I will have to go to grad school). Undergrad matter THAT much?

Assuming you’re from California, I would just go to UCSD… our Econ (which is basically management science) department is quite decent over here.

You don’t want to bury yourself in debt your undergrad years.

UCSD has a great econ department (ranked around 10th in the nation).
If you’re going to grad school, then undergraduate matters mainly for the GPA to get you in.

You can make six figures with a community college degree and certainly with either a degree from UCSD or BU. So, no, the specific undergrad school does not matter if all you care about is making money.

Study hard, enjoy college, and try to focus on more than just your future bank account balance.
