No @cc4110, I applied to CAS.

@cctransfer212 yeah he had a 3.6, and he had something ridiculous like over 80 units competed…

Oh wow. and all were transferable? @Nostalgia14

@cctransfer212 A lot, but it didn’t matter because he still had to take the SMG upper division pre-req courses before he could move on to upper division courses. So I think for his first semester he just had the major pre-req offered only at BU and a bunch of electives

hmmmm… yeah i might have to take some pre reqs as well. Any word on decisions?

I don’t think decisions are coming out tonight.

What are my chances if I had a 2.5 in HS :(( but a 3.6 in college?

Anyone Rejcted from BU SMG??? If you can, can anyone please share their stats if rejected. Sharing is caring!;:)

@cruz2014 If you’re over 25~ units, they value your college gpa way more.-If that is what you’re worried about. Of course, there’s much more than just gpa involved in their admissions process. Wish you the best :]

16 year old,I got a gpa of 3.68 with 16 credits for fall 2013 from University of San Francisco(NOT COMMUNITY COLLEGE), send midterm(all A’s) with 18 credits. act composite 26, high school till year 10 with high school graduation certificate. Any feedback??? @Nostalgia14. I am also transferring to Boston College.

Got accepted. Now just waiting to see how many of my 60 units are transferable and how much aid I will get.
Fingers crossed!
//SAT: 2150
GPA: 3.9
(don’t know if that helps anyone…)
Also, I don’t know anyone in the area. I’m from California! Kind of scary.

congrats @khristina!

Thanks! @cctransfer212 I am also from a CC. Has anyone gotten their financial aid packages yet?

I’m still waiting on my decision @khristina . What was your HS gpa and how many units made up your gpa?

My high school GPA was about 3.0 I think, might have been lower. I didn’t go very often lol. I took a mixture of Honors, AP, and regular level classes.
My college GPA is from 57 units I took at my CC. I was not involved in ANY college clubs/activities (too busy working) but did participate in non-college affiliated stuff, like city bowling league, dog training at SPCA, and roller derby. I am also a first generation college student, so that might have helped a ton.

@Cruz2014 that is almost exactly what I got in HS and college and was accepted. My record isn’t perfect either. I got an F in HS AP Chem! Stay positive!

Oh my high school was similar. I have my own reasons for low high school grades. well my fingers are crossed and im very optimistic. =D

Did anyone’s decision page change, and say something like “If you’d like to change the school call xxx-xxx-xxxx?” My page seems to now say that the application is finished.

Accepted! Good luck to everyone! The wait is killer, I know. And for the people with stats that are not as amazing as others we’ve seen here…my stats are definitely not as good either. My stats are pretty much the same as @khristina

@AndrewL3 My application page changed today, it requires me to submit proof of graduation… I don’t know whether this is a good thing or bad? Anyone has suggestion?
