As above, I got into BU and Penn State as undeclared engineering major.
But I am planning to transfer to Business or management school. Since I am a international student and the college was the only reason I came all the way over to America, I want to go to good school.. so after freshmen year or so I am planning to transfer to top20 schools (without taking SAT again only with GPA). I heard that UIUC waitlist acceptence rate is pretty high so... which one of them has the better chance of transfer.
BTW I am surprised that tuition of Pennstate and BU are the same... does that make sense to u guys/?? for international of course

Public universities are cheap for in-state residents because the people who live in those states pay taxes that support those universities. They are expensive for out-of-state students and international students because their families haven’t been paying taxes for years and years to support those universities.
