<p>What is the environment like for athletes at Bucknell? Do the athletes from teams get housed together? What if any benefits are there to being an athlete? Any idea of the amount of scholarships that offered by each team? Thanks for any insight.</p>
<p>The main benefit is that if they want you for sports the coaches have “slots” for students that couldn’t get in otherwise. </p>
<p>If you don’t have excellent grades and test scores, you won’t get in without a coaches slot.</p>
<p>If you haven’t been recruited by now and gone on a D1 Official Visit, chances are you won’t be looked at. Are you a senior?</p>
