<p>That's a shame. Florida has really been ahead of the curve in assisting its students with higher education.</p>

<p>Judging from the English....I hope that's some kind of "first person" story. Otherwise, it's quite obvious the reporter graduated from community college. Using "this sucks" in a story is ridiculous.</p>
