Apply and see, but it’s likely too high. I had a similar family AGI and very “pointy” STEM-unique angles and didn’t receive the scholarship. Now, that’s in no way a direct cause-effect relationship, but I did win other less STEM-focused scholarships that were more competitive even though STEM is my strength. So it does make me wonder how much financial need factors into Buick (the one friend I have that did win is very, very, very low income).

Last years winners were notified around the 21st. So we’ll be anxiously waiting until the week after next.
No nothing yet, we’re all waiting.
We have not received any notification yet from Buick Achiever.

Last year every one was given a response around the 20/21 of April, so for sure this week. Good luck every one!
Not necessarily^. Other scholarships (e.g., Jack Kent Cooke) notified winners last year in late March while they notified winners this year in mid April. All we can do is wait.
@Philomath123 True. I only got my JKC rejection email yesterday.
I just got an email that I am a Provisional Recipitent of the scholarship and that I just have to submit required materials.
Congrats. I have not received either provisional winner or rejection notification yet.
