<p>I got the email from the Buick Achievers Scholarship Program on the 20th. And I cannot believe that I am a provisional National winner! This was one of the scholarships I never thought about ever winning, even just the $2000 award, so it was a complete and amazing surprise. Congrats to both National and regular (but still extraordinary) winners!!
