Build me a college list?! First choice is Emory!

And chance too please

I'm a junior at a high school on Long Island consistently ranked top 50 in the country (it's really tough and colleges know)

So here's me:
Applying as a business or econ major unless I find something else that I like before then
93 GPA unweighted (school doesn't weight)
2100 SAT March
680 CR
700 M
720 W
Taking June ACT
10 APs: Physics B, Calc BC, Micro & Macro Econ, English Lit & Language, Environmental, US, and Psych
11 Honors classes
Full schedule all 4 years (no lunch)

Extra c's:
Science Research (3rd place at psych fairs). Also going to BU this summer for psych-business research
DECA President and went to Nationals sophomore and junior year
Treasurer of middle school tutoring club
Student Goverment student curriculum rep
Model congress (won 2nd place at penn 2013)
Class planning secretary (organized prom, homecoming, etc.)
Dual-enrolled at penn state and got an A- in meteorology and I did a sports marketing internship through the Pittsburgh pirates which was a great experience
Also two varisity sports (coach's award (the coach's favorite player based on effort and cooperation), orchestra, obv community service (New Orleans and Staten Island), and VP of a Jewish youth group

Essays should be good...I'm a good creative writer and I already started brainstorming the new common app essays

Teacher recs should be great...precalc and AP English teacher...acing both classes and I participate a ton, add to discussion, come afterschool to ask questions, go ahead in class with teacher one-on-one and both really like me

I had an interview at wash u which went great. She was really impressed with what I've been able to do at penn state but I didnt like the school that much

I honestly have no idea where I want to apply...I want a school of 5,000+ which means like emory would be the smallest and I would go all the way up to Michigan in size...I also want to be near a city or in a really big college town so I'm not in the middle of no where...also I may want to apply to a crazy reach like upenn

Thanks!

Emory: Match/High match
WUSTL: Reach (best make sure WUSTL is your first choice or else)
UPenn: Reach
Penn State: Safety
BU: Match
Stony Brook: Low match
