Building Conditions?

Recently visited Ursinus and was very surprised at what they had to offer. Being someone interested in pre-law and political science, the fact that 100% of pre-law students are accepted into a law school is impressive. During the tour however, I was almost a bit shocked with the conditions of the furniture and building conditions that were shown to my group during our tour? Not that it determines a school for me, but the conditions of most rooms seemed shabby and run-down. Obviously this isn’t for every building, especially for the gym, which was impressive, but I was wondering if dorms specifically improve, or if they’re all significantly run-down as well?
