<p>I'm applying for the general scholarship, the one where you don't have to work. The application asks for a transcript but I'm not sure if they want an official or unofficial transcript. Does anyone know? thanks.</p>

<p>I thought the only way for a transcript to be official was to be sealed. I think the Burger King scholarship just wants anything for now so it you can send an unofficial transcript then if you become a semifinalist they will ask for all the official documentation. If you want to be completely safe just call or email them. Do you have time before the deadline? Good luck to all. My DS is doing this one also!</p>

<p>I already asked awhile back. The rep’s response: “No, the transcript can be unofficial as long as it has your name on it, the school’s name or URL on it and your grades and credit hours.”</p>
<p>How are you guys able to access the app? I went to “Scholarship Eligibility” on their website and then clicked “Apply Now,” but I got an error message.</p>
<p>I just checked it and got the same thing. Maybe it is down for the weekend. Chugabi just google Burger King Scholars that is how I found it.</p>

<p>Is this the one that Scholarship America administers? The Burger King websites says that they notify semi finalists on May 9th. Looks liked they decided to announce early. Or maybe they meant to state March 9th. Anyway congrats to the winners!</p>

<p>"Dear ____,</p>
<p>Congratulations! On behalf of Have It Your Way Foundation, Inc., I am pleased to announce that you have been selected to receive a one-time $5,000 BURGER KING® Scholarship. Please see the attached letter for more details. The attached letter and further information was also sent in the mail to you today."</p>
<p>There is also a $25,000 National scholarship, but I don’t know if that’s been chosen yet. Also, I think the ones that come out in May are the $1000 scholarships.</p>
<p>Notification of rejection came out today.</p>
<p>My son received the $1,000 scholarship, is the $5,000 a separate scholarship?</p>
