Burnout & midterms - help!!!

Hi guys, currently I'm feeling like I'm getting burning out and yet I have just started studying on Monday (Feb. 4th) and my midterms are coming up on Wed,Thurs and Fri (13, 14, 15). Of course this is due to last term and last summer term, rather than this term. Also I should mention I only took 10 days off during Xmas (long story). This should not be happening at such a bad time with MT's around the corner! Especially since I'm in 2nd year and will be transferring to another University for Fall 2013 - I can't let my grades tank.

Details:

Right now I'm very focused about school and using the gym - lifting weights, that's all I know right now. I know exercise can reduce stress/burnout but feel like this no longer works for me, and thus I don't know how to handle this situation.

Also, on the subject of weight lifting, I am/was very competitive about it until my injuries which happened due to over-training/burnout. Since then my body hasn't been quite the same. I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't want this to happen to me again (mentally) if this is even possible?/don't want to have to take time away from school. However, I'm already committed to this term and don't want to muck it up.

Thanks for the help!
