How far in advance do you have to buy tickets?
Do they run more buses around break time?
Which bus company goes to Logan? Is it nonstop?
Does anyone know how much a round trip ticket costs?
thx.

The main carrier directly from Dartmouth's campus to Boston Logan is Dartmouth Coach: http://www.concordtrailways.com/dartmouth_coach.htm

You can generally buy tickets the day you're traveling (they'll make a stop at their ticket office in Lebanon or at Boston South Station depending on your direction of travel, which is where you'll pay). I believe they usually have an extra bus or two during high-traffic periods like the end of finals period.

Buses are nonstop in the sense that you don't have to change anywhere. However, you do have to get off and reboard if you're buying a ticket. You may get a straight shot between Dartmouth and the airport, or have one or two stops along the way, it seems to be the luck of the draw.

I believe round trip tickets are still $55.

My D uses this bus regularly. It can get crowded during popular runs around break times, so go early if you need to catch a plane. I also try to get up to Boston on business at least once a year, not during a break and when she comes down for the weekend on the bus it is never crowded at these times.

Thx to you both for your very helpful replies!!
