W. Bush's cumulative score for the first three years at the big Y was a 77. The next year, they changed grades to letters or something, but he maintained a C+ or.

John Kerry, the "smarter" of the two, scored a cumulative average of seventy-SIX two years earlier. 76! Thats LOWER than Bush! I had no idea!

Of course they did. As scions of the New England establishment, their grades were irrelevant because they weren't involved in the great meritocracy.

We only have to look at both their records to determine who is the more intelligent. It's quite clear, really. Only one of them said "Is our children learning?"

They are both extremely wealthy members of the LUCKY SPERM CLUB ONE INHERITED AND ONE KEPT MARRYING into it.
the intelligence of these guys has nothing to do with what they have achieved through connections and what I call the weasel factor. To say one is smarter than the other has never even been an issue. In this case the "party factor" or "rich roommate" factor might be more relevant.
they are 2 well dressed guys with so much money no matter what they do they can hire the right team of specialists to make them look great.
end of it.

guys what difference does it make? bush is pres and no matter what anyone here says, its not going to change. i really dont think either one is truely cut out for the job. both were set because of their parents. do you really think kerry or bush got in because of there outstanding academic accomplishments? oh well. it doesnt matter.

actually kerry's family wasn't wealthy, though some of his relatives on his mother's side were. he did get into yale on merit, regardless of how well he did there.

Sad...so sad....America is virtually incapable of electing an intelligent president. We're too into having personable, middle-of-the-road Joes for leaders. It's all Andrew Jackson's fault, I tell you.

On the bright side, this consideration takes the edge off elections quite considerably. Congress is most important anyway, and hardly anyone votes for them.

actually mitchell you are wrong. kerry went to a swiss boarding school and so did his brother. and these schools were the most expensive schools in the world. a secret well kept by the kerry campaign office. and it was not merit. and he was no genius in college. so spin away the facts are there. the brother went to La Rosey. Kerry went to Institut Montana in switzerland. hope this helps you mitchell with facts.

by the way kerry did not get accepted to his brothers school and the brother went on to be become a lawyer. brother was the smarter one. kerry who ran for pres. went to the boarding school for dummies. another fact well hidden!

One of my favorite quotes is from Clarence Darrow. "when I was a young child, I was told that anyone could become president. I'm beginning to think that's true." pretty much sums things up. But I agree, Kerry isn't a heck of a lot better. Here's to Barack Obama in 2008! Hey, I can dream, can't i?

i always found kennedy kind of interesting. he didnt do much as president (he died remember) but he had a cool life that got blown up in proportion with his death.

btw: he did do many important things (nasa anyone?) but he died before he could fill his potential. whether he would have gone strong or tapered out, i guess we'll never know.

I got a kennedy campaign button for christmas. If nothing else, you have to admire the man's gift for public speaking. He did a lot of his own speechwriting, and it shows. Every word was so emotional, so personal. As a wannabe speechwriter, he's one of my idols

clinton from arkansas- made it easy to get into college and to get the rhodes scholarship. face it if he was from calif ny or nj or ct hed be in arkansas jr college and a personable bartender.
