<p>I´m a 21 yo 3rd semester business administration student from Germany. Next semester I´m going to do an internship in Spain and from August I would like to do my semester abroad in the States... </p>

<p>What´s important for me:
- typical "US college life"
- get to know a lot of new ppl
- fair tuition for international students (not over 15.000 per semester)
- good party scene (frat/dorm parties, etc..)
- fairly big college
- urban setting would be great but not mandatory
- pleasant climate preferred</p>

<p>Usually, your college supplies you a list of approved exchange programs in the US. Are you sure you can go anywhere?</p>

<p>California schools and many others are out based on your tuition limit. Some to consider:</p>
