<p>There are lots of jobs in this field. Here are a few examples:</p>
<p>Business Analyst, Computer Programmer, Security Specialist, Network Technician, Infrastructure expert, Database Administrator, IT Auditor, IT Consultant, System Administrator--and, of course, there are managerial positions in all of these areas, leading to Director of Applications, Director of Networks/Computer Operations, and Chief Information Officer. </p>
<p>Also, these people have better chances nowadays to move into other Executive Management positions--although this is normally easier at computer or high-tech firms.</p>
