Which has better job prospects? I am sure I can handle both.

do what interests you most cause its not worth it to force yourself to go through an engineering curriculum if your just doin it for a better chance to get a job

Engineering trumps business/economics. It proves you have math skills, anyway. If you really want business after that, get an MBA or MS in Economics.

I believe engineering has a better job outlook (someone correct if I’m wrong). Anyway I chose to go into engineering because it seems more interesting than business. I have always loved math and science; you need to love math and science if you want to go into engineering. If you’re good at those subjects then definitely go into engineering. :)
