<p>I completed and submitted the CSS profile for Johns Hopkins.
I also saw that there was a farm/business supplement if applicable.
Is this included under the CSS profile or is it a totally separate application?</p>
<p>It is an extra form you have to submit if you answer PA-150 or PA-165 with a number. These two questions ask the value of any parent-owned business and farm. Once you submit the Profile with those questions answered with a number other than 0, it should spit out a code or instruction that says also send in the Business/Farm supplement.</p>
