Anyone have any thoughts about the business fraternities? What do they do? Are they different? Is one better?

I'm pretty sure that AKPsi is extremely competitive to get into.

Phi Chi Theta is generally considered inferior to AKPsi, which is definitely more established. Delta Sigma Pi is the official fraternity of the Ross school, and it only consists of Ross students. It sounds like it would be harder to get than the others, but everyone I know who wanted it got it, and they are the same people who were turned down by AKPsi. I would say AKPsi is the most competitive, at least here at Michigan. Then again, you have to be a Ross student to join DSP here, so there's that exclusivity. Historically, both started at NYU, AKPsi being the first.

Can an Econ major in LSA join AKPsi? I know it's open to econ majors in addition to the business majors. I'm a member at my university now...I'm not sure how it would work if I transferred to UofM.

You can be any major and be in alpha kappa psi
