I plan on attending a undergrad business school but some schools that I am applying to (UCSD, UCI, UCLA) do not offer businesss programs. If I do go to these schools, and major in their majors such as "management science" or "business econcomics" or "managerial economics", would I still have a good chance of going to a good Business Grad school or should I stick with undergrad schools that offer business programs?

Yeah you still have a good chance of going to a good business grad school. I know people who didn't have an undergraduate in business but are in an MBA program.
