Business..how to do it at UCSD

Hi. I really interested in seeking a career in business in the future in an area such as marketing, financing, or accounting.

If I went to SD, what courses should I take to make myself look desirable for grad school. my current declared major is economics. would i have to double major in something???

also, are their any good internships in the SD area for economics majors?

Major in an engineering or something computer-related.

I don't think UCSD's got a business program lol.

There is no undergraduate business degree. Many people going into business choose to major in management science, which is offered by the economics department. This year, a business minor became available. I would guess that sometime in the next decade, the Rady School of Business will offer an undergraduate business degree.

What would look bettwer for grad school? a degree in economics from UCSD or a degree in business economics with a focus on accounting from UCSB??
