My daughter recently returned from attending the National FBLA conference in San Antonio and loved it. She came home and started looking at schools in San Antonio and is interested in more information about Trinity. Is the business program strong and are there opportunities for internships? Is there easy transportation to take you into the city? We are from New York and would only visit if she was offered decent scholarship money Early Action. Any help/advice anyone has to offer would be greatly appreciated.

My D finished at TU in May of 2011. One of her minors was Intl Bus. She thought her courses were very good. The campus is actually in the city, but that city is such that unless one is in downtown, it feels suburban. There is at least one bus stop right on campus, perhaps more.
Internships were plentiful.

Thank you so much for your reply. She is going to definitely set up an interview when the admission counselor is in New York. She is very excited about this school. I would like her to stay closer in the northeast area but she keeps looking at schools where it is warmer. I guess I can’t blame her for that, lol. She really liked the pictures of the dorms. Are they as nice in person?

My son will be attending Trinity. The dorms were the nicest we saw (by far). During our tour we visited a second floor room (do not remember the dorm name) with a lovely red brick wall, large windows and a balcony that looked out on a pretty lawn and a rock bluff. Most of the rooms are larger than what you find elsewhere. Keep in mind that they are still dorm rooms, and your daughter will most likely have to live in the dorms for three years. There are useful videos of the dorms on YouTube - here is a link to a tour of Winn hall - [Winn Hall Video Tour - YouTube](<a href=“Winn Hall Video Tour - YouTube”>Winn Hall Video Tour - YouTube)
