Business/Managerial Economics vs Business Administration Vs management science majors

Hello all, I am new to the board and I am having a problem, I want to major in business but I don't know what schools to apply to, I think I can get into almost all the UC schools with maybe the exception of UCLA and CAL. I was sad when I found out that only 2 UC schools have Business Administration, those 2 schools are UCB and UCR, I feel that I may have trouble getting into UCB's undergrad business because even if I got into the school that doesn't mean I would be accepted in my junior year into there business program and then I would be stuck at a school without the major I want and would have to try and transfer. As for UCR, I think I can get into better UC schools. Some of the other majors similar to Business Admin at some other UC schools are Business/Managerial Economics at UCLA and UCSB and management science at UCSD, I don't really know the difference between the majors and I am hard pressed to find the real difference by doing google searches. I have considered USC or out of state privates but I really don't think I would get aid, my Expected Family Contribution is much higher then we could afford to pay. Please respond with more info on Business in the UC system and the difference between the majors, it would mean alot if you could provide any info.

I don't want to simply bump my thread, but I don't see any point in remaking the thread. Please if you have any information on the differences between the majors I would love to read your post. Any help is needed.

I guess I will bump this again and hope it gets some attention.

Have you thought about going out of state?

I have thought about going out of state, and I think I could get into some good out of state schools, but I always hear UC has the best public school system and I don't think I can afford to go private.
