Business/Psychology

I'm very interested in studying Business and/or psychology. Psych is very fascinating to me but I don't know what I would do with it as a career, and without a graduate degree it's essentially useless. Meanwhile, I love business and it creates opportunities, but I don't want to abandon psychology. How should I incorporate both into a career that would include both my interests and still provide a decent living?

there are business psychologists…but i’m not sure how easy you could get a job in doing that

also, if you’re just a freshman in college or a HS student, use your first semester in college to take one psych class and one business class if you need to choose

also, you could try and double major (but this might be hard b/c usually business majors require a lot of credits-but it depends on the school)

Good ideas… I’m thinking about majoring in Business because there’s usually always an opportunity with it, and it will support me until (and if) I decide to go to graduate school after for Psych. Thanks!

I would agree that it makes the most sense to start off with a major in business and perhaps double major or minor in psychology. Some areas of business (ex. human resources, organizational behavior) will incorporate psychology and business.
